“Unfortunately, conflict in the workplace is bound to happen. By following the Physical Conflict Resolution in the Workplace policy guidelines in Section 1-A.2 of the Company Co.® Company Policy Handbook, you can rest assured that someone will be be Coached, and someone will be fired.”

Combat in Corner Office is handled much the same way as Skill Set checks. Initiative is decided by rolling 1D6. 1-3 means the enemy goes first. 4-6 means the Team of Action-eers™ acts first, in any order they decide.

After describing your action or attack, roll a 1D6 and add the appropriate Skill Set modifier as decided by HR.
- On a Successful roll (3-4) to cause harm during combat, the opponent looses 1 asset from their Investment Portfolio.
- On an Exceeds roll (5-7), the target loses 2 assets.

If an Action-eer™ looses all assets from their Investment Portfolio during combat, they immediately expire. If this happens outside of combat, see the guidelines as outlined in Investment Portfolio Guidlines set by the Empty Portfolio Requires the Firing of a Non Expired Action-eer™ policy in Section 94-L.41 of the Company Co.® Company Policy Handbook"
